Field Support & Logistics Assistant (Fountain Construction)

Field Support & Logistics Assistant – $25 - 30/hr (Entry-Level Trades Role)

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, hardworking individual to join us as a Field Support & Logistics Assistant. This is a key support role that touches every part of our operations—from shop and trailer organization to on-site support and equipment handling.

It’s ideal for someone looking to break into the trades, work with their hands, and be part of something unique—helping build major public fountains across the country.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Load and prep enclosed trailers with tools, fittings, pumps, and control gear

Pick up and deliver materials to vendors, warehouses, and job sites

Perform basic maintenance on tools and trucks (check oil, air tires, organize fittings)

Keep the Palos Heights shop organized and ready between mobilizations

Assist with job site tasks as needed: hand tools, pipe carrying, light install support

Help coordinate travel loads with our Operations Director and Install Lead

Support with receiving inventory and staging materials for upcoming jobs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Early career or trade-ready individual (high school, tech school, or ex-military welcome)

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license, clean record

Able to lift 50–75 lbs consistently

Interest in construction, irrigation, or field operations

Familiarity with power tools, shop work, or trailer use a big plus—but not required

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY:

$25-30/hr starting based on ability and attitude
