Job Description

Corporate Financial / Data / Business Analyst

• This is a dual reporting responsibilities to the President and the CFO. You may also be involved with managers in the centers for special projects. Example: Nursing Dept. metrics and trending vs expenditures.
• You will design, implement, and coordinate company-wide reporting that supports operational, financial, and quality initiatives.
• You will perform routine business analysis to enhance the integrity of the company’s financial statements, including variance analysis to budget, staffing and labor metrics (payroll vs budgeted FTE), and various other key performance indicators.
• You will be looking for anomalies in the trending month over month and year over year, to identifyrevenue growth opportunities vs expenditures and suggesting incremental changes to achieve our budgetary goals.
• You will be involved with the overall corporate budgeting & projections, but not the daily financials at the center level.

Qualifications

Corporate Financial / Data / Business Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or higher) in Accounting or Finance or similar required.

• Prior Financial / Business Analyst experience in a healthcare setting (SNF is ideal)
• Experience creating reports and working with EMR software vendors strongly preferred. (We use
  PCC.)

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and deliver complex data & written reports as well as presentations required.
• Strong analytic and communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements required.
