This position is located at Humboldt Park Health in Chicago, IL. This leader will be responsible for a dynamic group of employees supporting patient services and retail providing meals to a 180 bed facility as the closing manager.The Food Service Manager 2 offers a salary range of $42,000-$46,000 and full-benefits that kick in day one! If you have experience as a Manager, Supervisor, or a New Grad with an interest in healthcare , you are encouraged to apply now!The successful candidate will:evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction;

oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery;

collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience;

perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy;

exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits; and/or

perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.

selects and develops recipes and other items for clients.

develops menu, implements and trains HACCP, oversees/purchases food, establishes production levels and inventory controls

manages/controls food cost issues and offer solutions
