Description Our client, an advertising agency,is seeking a proactive, self-motivated Freelance Web Developer to join their dynamic team. This is remote, project-based work and will vary week to week. Responsibilities:
Design, build, or maintain web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
Write, design, or edit web page content.
Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards, and is compatible with devices, browsers, or operating systems.
Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
Perform or direct website updates.
Requirements
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages.
Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Understanding of SEO principles.
Good problem-solving skills.
Excellent visual design skills.
Proficient in coding and ability to troubleshoot and optimize site performance.
Good understanding of content management systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least two years of professional web development experience.
