Front-of-House Lead

We’re seeking a tech-savvy, hands-on Front-of-House Lead to oversee daily operations, manage online orders, and craft specialty cocktails while also assisting with the hot/cold prep section and assembling Banh Mi and Baos. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, maintains composure under pressure, and brings strong customer service, bartending, and tech skills to the table.

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage and oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring all customer interactions are positive and efficient.

Handle and coordinate online customer orders with precision and attention to detail.

Prepare and present craft cocktails, adhering to our standards of quality and consistency.

Complete daily tasks, maintain your station throughout the shift, and ensure stock is properly managed.

Adhere to safety, sanitation, and organizational standards.

Collaborate effectively with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.

Following Hours: Open Availability Tuesday-Saturday: Off Sunday & Monday
