Seeking candidates interested in a full time seasonal opportunity with a large, stable company.Description:

Responsible for performing daily tasks such as labeling, recording, maintaining records, copying, printing, and other similar duties utilizing appropriate computer program. This job will mostly consist of labeling kits with patient information and ensure the kit is correct before shipping out to the customer

Fulfilling mail orders and keeping up with productivity standards

Pull the right product for the right customer in the box with the correct label

Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA laws- will see addresses and phone numbers

Enter data, and order information - work with data through Excel. (Need to understand functions like cut/paste, copy/paste, etc…)

Manage, coordinate and fulfill customer orders (from Medicare & Medicaid services)

Become a key resource to sales as the Subject Matter Expert on order fulfillment processing

Identify and help implement enhancements to order management processes and tools to support a

Partner with other functions to resolve/escalate any issues preventing on-time order fulfillment.

Track all orders via delivery software

Process customers orders and verify accuracy via HERO

Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by mail carriers

Use scanning equipment to gather information about a package

Create shipping labels for outgoing packages.
