This is a W2 contract engagement, with benefits and PTO, initial term 12 months.As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for the improvement of current systems and providing knowledge on efficient development practices as we work to help transform digital agriculture. Managing and developing teams is a key success factor for the role, as well as effective stakeholder management. You will work as part of our Digital Product team at our office inside the Chicago Loop while also getting the opportunity to connect and collaborate with the rest of our global teams. Qualifications - Excellent communications skills. Collaborates well in a team environment.
- 5 or more years of experience of delivery in an Agile environment
- Career experience as lead developer working with leadership teams
- Experience building and designing RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of Full-Stack development using ReactJS and either Python or Node.js
- Strong understanding NoSQL and SQL databases
- Experience in automation and CI/CD (test and build automation)
- Good understanding of Micro-service architectures, design patterns and distributed architectures
- Experience in cloud architectures, including AWS, Serverless Technologies
