The Millan/Petro Organization is seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and customer service
Lead and motivate a team of Department Managers and crew members, providing training and development as needed
Ensure compliance with McDonald's operational procedures and standards
Monitor and control food costs and labor to maximize profitability
Implement and maintain effective internal communication processes
Uphold safety and security protocols to create a safe working and dining environment
Manage scheduling and labor allocation to meet operational needs and budget targets
Qualifications:
Previous management experience in the fast-food or hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Understanding of inventory management and cost control
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work varying shifts as required

Starting salary is $50,000-$60,000
