The Acceleration Director will support the head of acceleration to establish a clear pathway for acceleration, by creating engaging programs to upskill our talent and build expertise in developing areas. In addition they will integrate Performance into our global partnerships, increasing participating in exclusive products and betas and tracking key performance KPIs within those partnerships, this individual will help establish Publicis as a leading Performance agency. As part of the global performance center of excellence, they will be a go to person for emerging topics, povs and be able to navigate a global, cross functional organization to drive acceleration. This is a great role for someone that has been focused on performance marketing activation and wants to move into more of a management / leadership role.PEOPLE: Own the definition and development of priority performance marketing acceleration topics and develop programs to scale expertise.Across the broad topic of performance marketing, establish clear learning agendas for varying levels of expertise and across different Publicis Media functionsSet up and track basic, trend and advanced level learning and development metrics, ensuring continuous advancement of our specialistsConnect with local markets to expose best in class case studies and approaches to performance marketing, establish repeatable learnings for the wider communityPLACES:Create content to be shared in our global forums, internal community and on our specialist intranetStandardise our development of responses to requests for information from markets, pitches and POVsPARTNERSHIPS:Establish clear performance KPIs within our global partnershipsCollaborate with the wider publicis trading team to define performance objectives within partnershipsManage cross functions teams to deliver on partnership pillarsPROGRAMS:Manage timelines and milestones for priority programsParticiapation in new business pitches and transitions of successful clients Key OKRsSet clear performance KPIs for existing and future partnershipsDistribution of repeatable learnings and practicesDelivery of priority programs, with clear milestones and responsiblitiesIncorporate Performance pillars into 2024 partnerships
