Our Global Fraud Solutions group leads the development of cutting-edge dynamic innovations that improve customer conversion and fraud prevention. Our solutions are used for customer onboarding, sign-on or call center authentication, high risk transactions, and other use-cases across multiple digital and non-digital channels, industries, and geographic regionsEmerging fraud continues to be a challenge and we're looking for someone to help us grow our global fraud solutions to help our customers fight identity fraud and establish trust with good consumers.This role will work across all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace, management and retirement, working closely with Product Development, Operations, cross-functional support, and other go-to-market teams.Come be a part of our team - you'll work with great people, pioneering products and cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Bring:
  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B software or services
  • 10+ years of experience with identity, authentication, and fraud solutions, preferably with Device based solutions
  • Experience that informs cloud migration strategy
  • Ability to develop product solutions in multi-cloud environments
  • Ability to develop monitoring requirements, analyze and report on product adoption, KPIs, synthesize customer feedback, & the competitive landscape
  • Ability to communicate delivered value, differentiators, and opportunities
  • Ability to provide thought leadership on business cases, architecture alignment, and delivery approach that influences strategic product roadmap(s) development
  • Ability to conceptualize & refine intent, and direct the execution of complex technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of the Agile software development methodology
  • Success in working with cross-functional teams and influence across a matrix organization to productively drive consensus, develop and deliver customer solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; capable of thinking outside the box and building enthusiastic support for new ideas
  • Experience building strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including senior leadership and technical peers

Impact You'll Make:
  • Influence and execute our Global Fraud Solutions strategy to deliver well-managed speed-to-market innovations that minimize friction and fraud
  • Define clear solution intent enabling success for our product teams
  • Shepherd product customization and enhancement projects from concept initiation through product delivery engaging cross-functional teams including architecture, engineering, legal & compliance, line of businesses, product marketing, partners, sales and operations.
  • Be the internal go-to subject matter and industry expert for one or more fraud services to empower others and drive broad engagement
