Aon is looking for a Graphic Designer
As part of an industry-leading team, you will deliver innovative and effective solutions for our clients. As a Graphic Designer, you will report directly to the Global Creative Director.Your impact as a Graphic DesignerJob Responsibilities: The Graphic Designer will:- Partner with Design Lead(s) and internal stakeholders to fully understand project brief and expectations
- Develop on-brand creative designs for high-profile, high-impact brand initiatives by translating ideas into compelling and memorable visual stories that build impact; present concepts to creative leadership and internal stakeholders as needed
- Ability to handle a range of deliverables from quick-burn projects to lengthy engagements with multiple assets; ensuring meticulous file maintenance for easy handoff across global team
- Maintain a commitment to quality while respecting tight deadlines; proofread all deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with the global creative team
- Be highly organized, maintain accurate and timely communications regarding project status to Account team
- Have hands-on knowledge of current software packages including print, digital, motion and illustration; Maintain expert literacy in Microsoft Office products Help foster a culture of creativity and inclusivity
You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience: - Minimum of five years experiences in graphic design
Preferred Experience: - Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
