Role: Guidewire Location: Chicago, IL 12 months+ JOB DESCRIPTION:Guidewire Production Support ManagerSupport Guidewire Suite of applications and small Legacy Kemper Billing System in Production environment 20 PercentageProvide the subject matter expertise in P and C Insurance Domain and Guidewire Policy Center 10 PercentageEnsure systems and applications are working properly and handling of Level 1,2,3 triage of Incident tickets following ITIL methodologies and Kemper ITSM Tool Heat and ServiceNow and Perform crisis manager role for Sev1 and Sev2 issues escalated for his line of business - 10 PercentagePerforming root cause analysis for reoccurring problems by partnering with other teams to develop long-term resolutions, including implementing preventative measures to minimize problems and production outages - 10 PercentageIdentify the gaps with Guidewire Out of the Box functionality and assess complexity of change, if required open Incident ticket with Guidewire Product Team - 5 Percentage
