Handy man building maintenance repairs

I am looking for someone who has experience with multifamily commercial building maintenance and skilled in labor rehab work. The position requires experience working in carpentry, soffits, hanging doors, drywall work, painting & finishing, bathroom tile work, plumbing/ and small electrical work.

References Required

The ideal candidate works well with minimal supervision, is a team player, takes initiative, and is willing to work in both maintenance and rehab work environments.
