Complete transparency regarding all loads and pay before you take the load. 1099 pay structures, must have a clean MVR and possess Hazmat and Tanker endorsement. Mandatory two weeks paid training $1000 a week, rental car and hotel paid by company. One year experience of regular trucking is a must.
