Head Chef for New Hotel Restaurant

The GEM Suites Hotel, located in (downtown) Evanston, IL, is seeking a Head Chef for its Greek/Mediterranian restaurant.

Chef must have 3 years experience cooking high-quality Mediterranian cuisine; and must be experienced in the food industry – both cooking & running the entire kitchen.
