Description We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in a Windows environment. This is an onsite contract opportunity in Hoofman Estates, IL where you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of IT services, providing essential support to our valued clients employees both remotely and deskside.Job Responsibilities:

Provide IT support to users, troubleshooting their issues both remotely and deskside.

Maintain the company's IT infrastructure, monitoring and maintaining computer systems, and networks.

Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Respond swiftly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to incoming calls, emails, and tickets requests for IT support.

Reset passwords in Active Directory.

Prioritize and manage multiple open cases at one time.

Assist with O 365 user administration and licensing based on the requirement.

Utilize InTune for device management ensuring user devices are configured as per organizational policies.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Help Desk Support within a Windows Environment.

Strong experience in remote and deskside support.

Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Active Directory.

Knowledge of O 365 User Administration and Licensing is a plus.

Experience with InTune for device management is highly advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.

Education: A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
