Help Desk Technician. This position is fully remote.

Help Desk Technician Responsibilities:

  • Mobile device support
  • Printers, iPad, laptop support
  • iPad and iPhone configurations and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting malfunctioning applications
  • Troubleshoot laptop connectivity issues
  • Printer work
  • Password resets
  • Level 1 troubleshooting

Help Desk Technician Requirements:

  • Technical aptitude
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware; laptops, PCs, etc.
  • Intune
  • Proficiency in IT and MDM, specifically Intune and Mobile IOS and Android, preferred
