Hiring Safety Manager!

XXII Century is a transportation company based in Woodridge, IL. Our team is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Transportation Safety and Compliance Specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation safety and compliance, with a deep understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

- Process driver applications

- Maintain up-to-date records

- Oversee the random drug and alcohol testing

- Coordinate and schedule required physical examinations

- Support drivers navigating ELDs

- Conduct thorough reviews of accidents/incidents

- Organize and maintain compliance binders

- Handling Permits KY, NM, NY

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Transportation Safety and Compliance;

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of DOT/FMCSA/Safety guidelines and regulations;

- Strong decision-making ability and ability to think and act independently;

- Confidence, drive, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment;

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
