Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Chicago, Illinois. This role is instrumental in our team's mission to hire a diverse range of talents across different departments. The HR Recruiter will be involved in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing potential candidates to extending offer letters. This role will utilize various recruitment software and platforms to streamline hiring processes and maintain accurate applicant records.Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategies to hire a diverse range of talents across different departments Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants Implement creative sourcing strategies to find the best talents in the respective industries Conduct initial screening processes to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and department heads Create and present offer letters to top candidates, effectively communicating employment terms and conditions Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals, and to design job descriptions that attract top talents Monitor key recruitment KPIs to reduce time-to-fill and increase hiring conversion rates, while maintaining high levels of candidate satisfaction Regularly use recruitment software and platforms such as Paylocity and ADP to streamline hiring processes and maintain accurate applicant records Actively participate in ongoing recruitment drives for other departments including finance and accounting, trade, and marketing. Requirements 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a remote environment Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for HR related tasks Experience with ADP Workforce Now software Proficient in using CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other resources for recruitment purposes Comfortable with CRM systems and their applications in recruitment Knowledge of About Time software for effective time management Experience with Applicant Track System for managing recruitment process Ability to conduct Background Checks in compliance with legal guidelines Understanding of Benefit Functions and their application in employee management Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with potential candidates Familiarity with Paylocity software for payroll managementRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
