Description We are in the process of recruiting an HRIS Analyst for our Team in the western suburbs. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be actively involved in enhancing and maintaining our HRIS projects, providing process improvement suggestions, ensuring system/data integrity, and developing system solutions. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Hourly pay rate from $39.59 to $45.84/hr.Responsibilities: Assisting in HRIS projects and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Managing project plans, ensuring adherence to schedule and specifications, and supervising cross-functional teams. Gathering and analyzing information to comprehend requirements and workflow processes, aligning technology with business needs. Identifying, developing, and configuring system solutions, testing new functionality, and implementing new and improved solutions. Evaluating and communicating upcoming system releases, and working with teams to determine what should be implemented and how. Providing production support, including resolving Workday problems, performing scheduled activities, and recommending solutions or alternative methods to meet requirements. Ensuring system/data integrity through regular audits, proactive process/system improvements, and implementation of recommended changes. Assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of Workday system changes, upgrades, or patches. Developing system Standard Operating Procedures, FAQs, and user guide documentation. Coordinating and participating in system upgrades and system testing to ensure functionality and security. Creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into workforce metrics. Monitoring system security and recommending improvements as needed. Building, maintaining, and supporting integrations to other internal and external systems as necessary.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Proficient in HRIS systems, specifically Workday Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience in managing large data sets and generating reports Strong knowledge of HR processes and terminologies Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy Knowledge of HR laws and regulations Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
