This contract role as a HRIS Coordinator in Deerfield, IL is responsible for managing HR systems including data integrity audits, data analytics and system reporting. Responsibilities: Responsible for compensation w/ SAP Employee compensation module analyst experience HRIS Support HRIS view to SAP SucessFactors Compensation module with emphasis on configuration and end to end managing of the Annual compensation cycle for 250k employees. HRIS Support Field, Support Office and Executive templates in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module Responsible for partnering with HR Business Partners to use data analytics to support Compensation planning, and to identify the human capital insights necessary to achieve business outcomes. Serves as an advisor to help leaders understand data and Compensation configuration needs. Performs specialized analyses of employee and compensation data. Conducts compensation activities on a broad departmental, divisional or company-wide basis and/or complex project basis Requirements: Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). Experience working with and applying compensation techniques, the elements of total rewards, and target setting concepts using SAP SucessFactors Compensation module Bachelor s Degree and at least 2 years of experience with Human Resources data (including analysis, reporting, and data integrity) OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 3 years of experience with Human Resources data (including analysis, reporting, and data integrity). 2-5 years of HRIS and or Compensation Experience Preferred Job Requirements: Experience in Human Resources outside of Compensation such as working as a generalist, business partner, or in benefits, recruiting, talent development, HRIS, or other HR function. Experience with incentive compensation plan designs, development, deployment, and measurement. Experience with maintaining, administering, or using compensation systems and knowledge of HRIS analytics as they pertain to compensation functions. Experience with project management (planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Access (for example: designing and creating simple queries, modifying data types, adding dates, working with required fields and/or creating labels).
