The role comes with its challenges - including working closely with a high-expectation manager - but for the right person, it’s a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact.You’ll be supporting a team that reflects both tenacity and heartA sample list of the daily duties:Payroll: Responsible for monitoring and processing facility payroll, including generating and editing daily punch detail reports; entering any special shift bonus’, sick, vacation, and holiday hours; processing any changes (New Hires or Separations), union payroll/dues …Answering general benefit & policy questionsEnters and trains new employees into the payroll and time clock systemMaintains I-9 forms and other required State (IDPH) & Federal (DOL) documentsMaintains employee personnel files, and conduct quarterly audits on each file for Federal and State required materialsPosts hourly positions in ATS, schedules interviews and on-boards all new employeesCompletes reference checks, background checks and verifies licenses for our healthcare providers  and so much more
