Job Title: Residential & Commercial HVAC Sales Associate

We are looking for a driven, experienced, and passionate Sales Associate to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional service to our clients.

Position Overview:

As a Residential & Commercial HVAC Sales Associate, you will play a key role in generating new business and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering tailored HVAC solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients to grow sales opportunities.

- Identify customer needs through site visits, phone consultations, and in-person meetings.

- Present and explain HVAC products and services to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations for HVAC systems and services.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including installation, service, and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices to provide accurate, informed sales recommendations.

- Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as needed to expand product knowledge and grow your network.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience in the HVAC industry or related field (commercial and residential experience preferred).

- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, services, and industry standards.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Education & Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a similar role.
