Summary
Work directly with banking and IT teams to help drive improve Salesforce usage by improving UI/UX. Help manage, design and deploy an ecosystem of apps for the investment banking team. Help lead ongoing maintenance and development of Salesforce org to ensure best practices and UI/UX are optimized. Essential Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities Responsible for working with the business leaders and technical teams to create unique solutions leveraging the full power of the Salesforce platform Help lead the architecture and design of innovative mobile and cloud applications Help lead the team through build, test and deployment of the solutions on the Salesforce platform Help implement subtle validations or requirements that improve data quality and accuracy without impeding on workflow Ongoing maintenance and dev to ensure we're following best practices and UX is optimized Oversight of dev work done by existing team (preventing breakdowns) Assist in scoping new development projects Progress into being an industry facing thought leader Core Expectations Core Problem Solving: Advanced Effective Communication: Advanced Collaboration: Advanced Results Focused: Advanced Education & Experience Education Min/Preferred Description Undergraduate Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field required or 3+ years of work experience in an equivalent field Qualifications Qualifications 5 years of experience implementing enterprise class systems 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Experience with Salesforce Lightning and mobile architectures 3 years of experience in the following: creating custom user interfaces with VisualForce, developing custom business logic in APEX, application integration architecture and writing test classes Salesforce Developer Certifications preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks Able to exercise independent thought and judgment Able to react quickly to changing priorities even when not all information is available Delivers clear, effective communication and commits to understanding others Results oriented www.solvingit.com
