The Technology Solutions Department is looking for someone with a passion for identity and access management along with a desire to champion security best practices to join our Cybersecurity Operations Team. This role will focus on planning, designing and executing IAM projects including SailPoint IdentityNow integrations, supporting the IAM systems and monitoring compliance with our security policy and standards. This person will work with Technology Solutions staff and business units to assess risks and security issues and Page 2 of 4 propose solutions. The individual may also be involved in investigation and reporting of security incidents as necessary. Responsibilities include:- Design, develop and implement improvements to our IAM systems using technologies from Microsoft and SailPoint
- Develop roadmaps, requirements and architectures across a variety of cybersecurity projects, with a focus on IAM
- Take ownership and execute IAM projects that vary in size and scope depending on requirements
- Ensure a smooth transition from initial solution through architecture, implementation and steady state operations
- Provide Level 3 problem management and troubleshooting
- As an IAM subject matter expert, collaborate and support other Technology Solutions teams on the IAM component of cross team projects
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of experience supporting information security, executing security-related projects and applying IAM best practices across an enterprise application/network infrastructure
- Demonstrated prior experience planning and executing the identity and access management components of a Microsoft-centric technology organization is a must
- 3+ years of experience implementing or managing SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
- Active Directory and Azure Active Directory System Administration including Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Microsoft Azure Access Controls
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Business acumen to understand the impact IT security and technology has on business outcomes
- COVID vaccinations required, subject to applicable local, state and federal law
