Patient Services Inbound Representative (Chicago, IL)Let your enthusiasm for making a positive impact on people's lives shine in this essential role, where you will serve as the initial point of contact for numerous patients utilizing an ECG Solutions heart monitor.Your role:
Provide patient-centered phone or chat support, answering questions and resolving concerns regarding services and monitors, such as technical support and device activation.
You will work within the Patient Services department, meeting performance metrics and ensuring a high standard of service in a collaborative setting.
Initial training will span 5 weeks, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm CST, under the guidance of an Educator in a structured environment.
Upon completion of training, you will transition to a 12-week ramp-up period, working Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00pm to 8:30pm CST or 1:00pm-9:30pm CST, with a holiday rotation.
You're the right fit if:
You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or product support.
Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, have good technical aptitude, and can operate on various technical platforms while giving patients complete attention.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You excel as a communicator, demonstrate patience and empathy in support interactions. Experience in a call center or with Salesforce is a plus.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
