This role is a member of the Global Threat Intelligence team, which is responsible for tactical, strategic and operational intelligence in support of network defense for Transunion and its Business Units.

What You'll Bring:

This role will lead efforts to programmatically manage and mature the intelligence collection ability of the Global Threat Intelligence and the Global Cybercrime Prevention team. This role will primarily be responsible for working with stakeholders to develop the intelligence requirements (IRs) of each organization and develop comprehensive collection plans for each organization and team. This role will also have a crucial role in supporting the analytical projects and intelligence investigations that the team conducts on a regular basis.

What We'd Like to See?

To support these requirements in addition to the technical skills listed below ideal candidates will also have prior remote work experience and possess necessary soft skills to support their success.
  • Experience working within the Intelligence Community and/or with the Intelligence Lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of threat landscape in terms of identifying threats which may jeopardize an organization and/or partner organizations
  • Experience with evaluating requests for information (RFIs) to determine if response information exists
  • Experience with automation and/or scripting
  • An understanding of intelligence gaps and how to identify and close those gaps
  • Experience with working with stakeholders to develop intelligence requirements and continuously improve those requirements
  • Ability to present information and intelligence output to both technical and non-technical audiences

Impact You'll Make:
  • Bringing together tooling, data and external partners/vendors, you will create comprehensive collection plans for intelligence requirements that will enable intelligence-driven operations.
  • You will study the efficacy of vendors and partners that provide intelligence support to the Global Threat Intelligence Team to understand where gaps exist and make recommendations to fill those gaps
  • You will identify new ways to collect, aggregate and organize intelligence data to support intelligence analysis and production.
