International Service Specialist - Middle Markets112144Zurich North America is currently looking for an International Service Specialist, Middle Marker (Produce Team) for our IPZ Servicing Team. Zurich is open to hiring talent at any of our Zurich U.S. office locations. This is a hybrid role that will require 2-days per week in the office.As a member of Zurich's IPZ Servicing Team you will enjoy the opportunity to fully apply and hone your communication and negotiation skills. Specifically, you will consult with Account Teams and manages end to end International Program servicing on international program business service delivery, including customer service requirements, service proposition and handling of various service delivery issues in order to enhance customer experience.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Service delivery area OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Service Delivery area AND
Knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of insurance products (Middle Market/all lines) and services, international business
Knowledge of the business environment, finance, economics and reinsurance
Effective communication skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong analytical and planning skills
Ability to effectively manage changing priorities
Ability to build networking skills
