Job Title: IT Analyst Duration: 6 months, Possible extension Location: Chicago, IL Job Description:- Candidate should have experience with projects related to IT activities and be able to communicate with clients and team members for information related to IT projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Candidate must have Incident Management software experience.
- Must be able to accurately record, update and document support activities using Incident Management software.
- Take responsibility to ensure completion of all assigned work and proper communications with clients to meet service level agreements, customer satisfaction, and service demands.
- The candidate should be able to create, run reports, export and manipulate data for use in reports for daily support and project related activities.
- Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be extremely resourceful.
- Candidate should have experience with but not limited to Windows operating systems, Office 365, iPad/iPhone mobile devices, printers and peripherals with at least 4+ years of experience.
- Candidate must adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and hardware and software procurement and usage guidelines.
