IT Infrastructure and Communications Professional

The main responsibility of the IT Infrastructure and Communications Professional is to manage IT infrastructure projects including network, server, PC, telephony, and mobility as well as provide support for these systems. This role will also provide remote IT support to our plants and international locations.

• 3-5 years’ experience managing Infrastructure or related projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
• Experience delivering medium to large sized infrastructure projects
• Experience with VMware or similar virtualization technology as well as experience building physical servers.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and MS Office 365.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM and software distribution
• Experience providing helpdesk support for escalated issues
• Experience supporting a data center in a virtual environment
• Microsoft or Cisco certification a plus.
• Experience working in a global environment is a plus
• SAP support experience a plus
• Domestic and international travel may be required up to 20%.
• The candidate must have a car, as this position may require travel between locations
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
