- Strong Agilist with at least 4-5 years of experience serving development teams in the capacity of a Scrum Master; has a bias for action; can build rapport with engineering teams; has good problem solving skills.
- Act as servant leader for 1-2 Scrum delivery teams; remove impediments; drive delivery against sprint commitment; hold whole team accountable.
- Agile methodologies, especially Scrum; some experience with platform technology e.g. Cloud Compute, AWS, containerized applications.
