Responsibilities:- Proactively manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects, including client interaction and expectations. The projects in this role will primarily be focused on infrastructure related projects
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans
- Serve as Project Manager and Account Manager of both major and minor projects while supervising intermediate to senior level staff
- Develop full-scale project plans and project documentation
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support client contracts
- Effectively communicate project expectations to project resources and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Provide leadership, guidance and resolution in responding to project related issues
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years direct work experience providing senior level technology and/or business project management
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- experience managing over end user support
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other practices
