Job Req #: 666010Job Description: Software Development Project Manager/Scrum MasterLocation: RemoteJob Type: W2 Contract Our client is a twenty-billion-dollar company and is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider in the United States. Key Responsibilities: The Project Manager will lead technology projects from conception to execution, ensuring teams understanding of business and system requirements, management the development and maintenance of the project schedule; conducting all Scrum meeting cadence's; developing Product team Metric; tracking issues; and assisting with change control. In additional, the individual will be working initially on a project based on reducing areas of risk for Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance. This individual will begin a project that will focus on understanding current state of all of CDW US payment channels, select additional controls and processes to implement for PCI Compliance, and implement selected controls and processes based on scoping assessment that was just completed- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and business objectives, as well as acquire necessary commitments and approvals.
- Dissect business problem and work with project team to determine the root cause and solution alternatives.
- Gather and prepare supporting analysis and design documentation from a business perspective.
- PCI Compliance experience would be a plus.
- Additional scrum master responsibilities
- Coordinates a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum and SAFe Framework.
- Facilitates PI Planning, sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Identifies and manages the backlog.
- Supports, coaches and mentors team members.
- Tracks daily sprint progress, metrics and maintain schedules.
- This individual will be responsible for supporting our compliance team.
Qualifications: - An individual with strong project management experience.
- An individual with Compliance experience that will help with PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance.
- An individual who also have some Business Analyst knowledge that will be able to help understand requirements.
