- 100% Remote
- The primary function is to resolve or escalate calls that have been entered into the support system by the Level 1 Analyst.
- Review problem tickets and respond to user within established standards; resolve open tickets in a timely and professional manner; following established SOP, BOPs manage crisis escalation and escalate calls to other support groups if tickets cannot be resolved.
- Provide a positive customer service experience to the customer; participate in other projects as requested.
- You will be adding and removing users in Jira, bitbucket, and confluence (these are all types of Atlassian software) - will also be performing very basic assistance tasks for Atlassian software users
- Must have a bachelors degree and at least 2+ years of experience
- Understanding of Windows based applications; ability to diagnose application software and hardware problems
- Atlassian (bitbucket, Jira, confluence) experience preferred not required
- 70% of this job is working in Atlassian (bitbucket, Jira, confluence)
- Must have 'some' SW troubleshooting experience
- HIGHLY prefer some Atlassian experience
