Stefanini Group is hiring!Stefanini is looking for IT Support Specialist for Remote LocationFor quick Apply, please reach out to Shubham SIngh call: mail: Work Hours: M-F (40 hours)Work Location RemoteShift: 1st Shift Summary: This position may train, install, upgrade and validate Client medical devices remotely. This position may maintain schedules of implementation, shipping & training projects. The products may include but are not limited to: EXACTAMIX Compounders and ABACUS order entry software, and DoseEdge IV Workflow Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage applicable device installations and/or upgrades across all functions for the customer. Activities may include:Working directly with the customer to set appropriate expectations for a successful and positive customer experience.Provide ongoing communications across both Client & customer.Provide necessary training to customers who will use the devices and applications described above.Resolve issues and risks which arise during installations and/or upgrades.Provides consultation to the customer to assist them in understanding the most effective way to install and use the device.Works collaboratively with the customer and other team members to meet objectives, milestones and project timelines. Adheres to all training and installation procedures to provide a consistent customer experience.Completes installations, upgrades and revisits within time requirements established by management.Completes validation of the device per established procedures.Documents installation, upgrade and training activities in accordance to policies and procedures.Maintains schedules for remote upgrades, training, shipping, & installation/implementation of medical devicesPerforms other duties as required.

Qualifications:Proven experience operating in clinical/pharmacy environments with varying levels of clinicians.Ability to exercise independent judgment and rely heavily on critical thinking skills.Must be able to understand and identify issues quickly and be able to predict needs and trends.Strong project leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects, establish processes and handle competing interests.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups at clinical and executive level.Must have good computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Operating Systems and the MS Office Suite of general understanding of networking and computer software is required. IT background is a plus. Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred. Pharmacy IV compounding and/or strong IT background preferred. Three to five years of experience installing medical products desired. Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market. Also, some positions may include bonuses or other incentives.
