Janitor

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor that lives in Lake Forest, Waukegan, North Chicago suburbs area (desirable).

In this position the ideal candidate would be:

Male (preferable)

With Driver License and Own Transportation

Valid Work Permit up to date

Basic English or Spanish speaker

Strong time management skill

This person would maintain our condominium clean, tidy, organized, and other duties related to keep facility in good conditions, specially all common areas
