Janitorial Position Part Time

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Janitorial/Maintenance Professional to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform janitorial cleaning services for residential rental buildings (city’s northside)

Complete seasonal and basic maintenance tasks:

Change furnace filters

Water shut-off procedures

Setting light timers

Other light building maintenance as needed

Update/replace fire extinguishers and check smoke/carbon alarms.

 Ensure all building areas are clean, safe, and functioning properly. Requirements

 Valid driver’s license

 Ability to read, write and speak English

 Previous maintenance experience required
