Job Description: JDA Solutions Architect
- Minimum 5 years of JDA TMS projects as a solutions architect, FOM experience nice to have
- Strong understanding of architecture discipline, processes, concepts, and best practice
- Conduct Joint Planning Sessions with business users
- Support TMS launch activities including Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop, document and roll out processes as needed
- Provide end user training
- Coordinate system issue resolution, and identify and drive enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, Information Technology or related field
- Ability to explain complex issues to a variety of audiences, think about the big picture when communicating, and report technical details succinctly
- Flexibility to step into other roles as needed
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with business users while promoting best practice methodologies to improve operations
- Assist in promoting a positive image and inter-business relationship with end users, business partners and support vendors
- Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes
- Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
- High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
- Strong professional written and oral communication skills when conversing and negotiating with partners
- Strong presentation skills in preparing content and presenting to business users
