Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with client contacts using sales tools and methods (social media, company database, networking events, cold calling, etc.)
- Conduct business development activities as required to promote our service offerings through office visits, presentations and overall communication.
- Customer research and communications.
- Create email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Actively seek out new customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Management team to identify and grow opportunities.
- 0-3 Years of experience
- Extreme comfort in face-to-face meetings with clients and potential clients.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Interpersonal skills, such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with a variety of personalities for prospective clients.
