Lab Tech: Food Manufacturing 3:00pm-11:30pm ($22.00 - $23.50)

Conduct analytical testing of various vegetable oils using Stratas SOPs in a manufacturing facility. Recording corresponding data electronically. Clean and organize laboratory in a food manufacturing environment.Testing of samples at various points in the process: production samples, inbound and outbound truck samples.Responsibilities:1.     Communicate to management when test results indicate that corrective action is necessary2.      Prioritize oil samples as they arrive in the laboratory3.     Complete analytical testing and paperwork in a timely manner4.     Enter all analysis into data base (TLC)5.     Learn procedures as necessary6.     Develop a thorough understanding of laboratory processes and procedures7.     Attend all training and safety meetings as scheduled
