This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside of Scientists in a Research and Development setting.Description:

Formulate samples using standard formulations

Make corrections and adjustments to the formulas as necessary

Ensure the product meets specifications, understand approved material selections based on the technology to achieve customer targets.

Evaluate computer readings and make necessary adjustments.

Perform a variety of tests in the R&D lab and Pilot Plant including particle size

Clean lab equipment and make sure there is no contamination from one lab run to another.

Make samples, set up bonding mixers for running bonding trials

Monitor lab runs for quality

Test the lab samples before they can be released to production.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

0-2 years of work experience in a lab

Able to work in a hands on fast paced lab

Good with taking direction and working with a team on projects.
