Laboratory Support Technician

Eurofins Built Central Environmental Testing is seeking a Laboratory Support Technician to join our Naperville, IL team! The Laboratory Support Technician is responsible for facilitating and providing support to login creation, sample management support, and general laboratory setup for testing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Regular attendance and punctualityTime FlexibilityCollect samples from on-site drop boxUnpack and packs shipments and document receipt of sampleOrganize and record samplesCouriering to Clients as needed Data entry into LIMSMaintenance of the department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeepingQuick hone and email correspondence with clientsReview analytical reports quickly and accuratelyScan and send out reports in a timely mannerAssist with customer servicesHandle interactions with walk-in clientsConduct all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerform other duties as assigned
