Lead Cook Kitchen manager

Looking for a motivated leader to run kitchen in a fast paced environment. Must have advanced culinary skills, works well under pressure, able to meet expectations of quality, and be a team player. Experience is a must, duties include ordering of product, putting together menu items, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen. Strong staff in place, just need a leader!
