• Lead architecture deliverables for our Canada division
• Help teams' architect and engineer solutions across multiple technologies and platforms
• Mentor our Canada Technical leads, Senior engineers, Product leaders, Engineering Managers
• Participated in recruiting activities for senior technical talent for Canada division
• Steer architecture decisions within the design and architecture review process
• Influence the GTG executive lead team to pursue technology strategies and architecture specific to Canada division
• Research current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed within Canada division
• Lead the implementation of architectural standards, capabilities, and governance within Canada division
• Define capability and systems roadmap and key architectural tradeoffs across Canada Division
• Inform multiple stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
• Define the Conceptual, logical, and transitional architectures for Canada unit

• 12 + years of experience with a background in software engineering and architecture
• Experience with modern, cloud native architectures, including AWS native services, Kubernetes, microservices, event-driven architecture, and polygot persistence (relational, document, graph, key/value, columnar, time-series, etc)
• Experience working with a diverse set of organization stakeholders like business executives, product management, engineering managers, staff engineers and technical leads
