Line Chef Needed for Popular Chinese Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced chef for a popular Chinese restaurant in Wilmette, IL. This person must be experienced in the food industry – both cooking & running the entire kitchen. Prior Chinese restaurant experience is suggested.

Some responsibilities include:

Cooking Chinese/Mandarin dishes during the lunch & dinner hours

Knowling how to use the wok, the fryer, etc.

Purchase/Order supplies

Supervise independently all the operations of the kitchen, its cook staff, etc.

Effective communication abilities.

Be a team player and have a hands-on approach

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a main chef.
