Live-in Caregiver for individual with disability

Job Summary

I am a quadriplegic/full-time wheelchair user in 30s looking for a live-in caregiver. Caregiver will have their own fully-furnished bedroom and live/work 7 AM Monday through 5 PM Friday.

Must submit to a background check, provide references and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities and Duties

Personal Hygiene

Toileting

Preparing and feeding meals

Administrating medication

Assisting patient into wheelchair and bed

Transport to and from work, appointments and outings as needed (I have a handicap accessible vehicle)

Daily exercise program

Laundry and light housekeeping

Assist with Dog

Qualifications and Skills

Driver’s license is required. No previous caregiving experience required, but preferred. Will train the appropriate candidate.
