Be a part of the JPMorgan Equipment Finance Team; dedicated to be the partner of choice for clients and prospects.Job SummaryAs the Equipment Finance Team Leader, you will guide a team that works closely with equipment finance sales, customers, bankers, risk, legal and others, to onboard (document, fund and book) equipment finance transactions. Equipment Finance Onboarding, a team within Equipment Finance Operations in Wholesale Lending, is responsible for processing syndicated and bilateral leases and loans for the Private, Corporate Investment and Commercial Banks.Your guidance and support of our production team will aid in the team's capability of delivering a best in class customer experience. You'll partner with the leadership team to implement transformation initiatives as the business evolves. You'll be an escalation point for Documentation and Booking Specialists to effectively work across sales, risk and operations to execute Equipment Finance transactions for Commercial and Private Bank clients. You'll reinforce the short and long term priorities that support the broader Equipment Finance strategic plan. This position requires someone that is willing and able to be flexible with responsibilities as business needs dictate and become a product subject matter expert (SME). Equipment Finance operations team locations include Columbus, Chicago, Tempe, Charlotte and Manila.Job Responsibilities

Assigned as a point of contact to the segments and/or roles served - GHHN, CORE (MM-EMM, GCB), Syndications, Specialty (Aircraft, Marine and Rail) and manages pipeline priorities

Address Transaction Processing Escalations and participate in Deal Team meetings

Resolve Quality Control Escalations and partner with the Quality Control team to recalibrate onboarding processes

Create synergies and foster partnerships across the Onboarding sites, with Equipment Finance operations, including our global operations team, sales and banker legal and asset team, structuring and underwriting officers to effectively manage pipeline workflow and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.

Promote a culture that fosters continuous improvement, encourages new ideas & empowers the team to execute on them.

Develop, draft and maintain job aides throughout Equipment Finance Onboarding's transformation.

Identify and implement training opportunities based on team members' data quality and accuracy and guide according to policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of related experience in financial services or project management

Self-motivated, demonstrated flexibility and willingness to adjust to changing conditions and priorities; thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written. Consistent professional presence.

Strong influencing and communication skills with all levels of stakeholders, building strong partnership with various teams to help deliver results.

Skilled in handling client issues and problem resolution in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Proven ability to successfully manage conflict, proven team leadership and meeting facilitation skills.

Strong Microsoft Word and Excel Skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Experience in Commercial lending transactions & loan documentation, knowledge of appropriate due diligence for loan & lease documentation and perfection of collateral.

Proficient in developing procedures and training solutions. Relevant process management experience analyzing as-is business processes.

Project management and analytical skills.
