Description We are looking for a Logistics Clerk to join our team in Itasca, Illinois. In this role, you will be using your skills in CRM, Data Mining Techniques, DCS, and Enterprise Resource Planning to ensure smooth operations in our logistics department. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Utilize CRM to manage and update customer accounts and inquiries Apply Data Mining Techniques to assess and optimize logistics operations Operate DCS for the control and management of logistics processes Use Enterprise Resource Planning for integrated management of main business processes Ensure timely execution of logistics tasks, maintaining 'About Time' efficiency Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards Utilize excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry. Requirements Proficiency in 3M, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, Dcs, and Enterprise Resource Planning software Experience with About Time software Strong auditing skills Excellent communication abilities Proven track record in compliance and regulatory adherence Exceptional customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work well in a team and independently Strong problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems quickly Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
