Job Title: Machine Operator TraineeJob DescriptionA 12-18 month training program as a Machine Operator Trainee, where you will master the skills needed to operate sanitation equipment effectively. Your journey will start with handling products using a pallet jack, and progress to loading materials, setting up, and troubleshooting machines. Daily tasks include loading and unloading products from a conveyor and organizing them as per specific instructions. The role requires lifting items ranging from 20-50lbs consistently throughout the day. Efficient work leads to more downtime, which can be used for additional tasks or breaks.Hard Skills

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Schaumburg, Illinois.Work EnvironmentYou will work in a clean, heated facility located in Schaumburg.
