- Good z/OS JCL skills including understanding PROC’s, COND coding and overriding statements within the PROC’s
- Basic understanding of FTP process and coding of FTP control statements in the z/OS environment
- Since there is very little COBOL coding done, but the programs are written in COBOL, understanding of COBOL is needed in the event of problem determination when an ABEND occurs
- Basis understanding of SPUFI (SQL execution under TSO) and QMF.
